SayvoiceMobil has built-in text-to-speech software that allows your Pocket PC to read to you text documents and convert to mp3 files.SayvoiceMobile works on any ARM-based Pocket PC.Current version includes two natrual English voices:kate and pual.You can convert any text to wave files by SayvoiceMobile.
