FileIndexerer - FileIndexerer can be used to create an 'index.html' page for a FTP server that gives an Error 404 when you use a direct folder link for HTTP URL. The program creates the 'index.html' page of all the files in the folder with size, date and direct link and uploads it to the FTP server folder
