PictureUpdaterer allows a website/blog owner to upload a daily/hourly picture update for the website. When you take a picture with the PocketPC camera the program detects it and uploads the JPEG file to the FTP server as 'PictureUpdaterer.jpg'. The program also has a full service FTP file manager.
