VocalDecoder - VocalDecoder program allows you to decode encoded voices from the PocketPC VocalEncoder. Tap the button to record the encoded audio message. Once you have received the encoded message (5x speed) tap the button to replay the voice message at 1/5 speed (100%). NOTE: Please do not use this for illegal purposes.
