CheckLister XP is the solution for all your checklist needs. CheckLister XP allows you to create, edit, print, maintain and track checklists. Great for keeping track of Shopping Lists, Scuba Gear, Camping Gear, Aircraft Checklists, Industrial Equipment Startup Tasks, Inventories, etc. In fact, any list of tasks, ingredients or items you need to keep track of make a great CheckList.
Features
Items can be organized under headings to make them easy to find. For example, a 'Groceries' checklist might include a heading for 'Meats', a sub-heading of 'Beef', and finally 'Ground Beef' and 'Steak'.
You can temporarily 'collapse' a heading and hide all the items under it to make it easier to navigate your checklist. CheckLister automatically keeps track of the status of the sub-items, letting you know if there are still unchecked items for the heading. Optionally you can display a progress indicator showing what percent of items are complete for each heading.
Two-state (unchecked and checked) up to five state check boxes are supported. For instance, one might setup a Camping Gear checklist so that the first state for each item indicates that the item has been purchased, and the second state indicates that it has actually been stowed in the Camper or Trailer.
To organize your checklist you can choose which items to display. For instance, you can have CheckLister only display items that haven't yet been checked off, or only those not in the 2nd checkbox state, etc. Many different views are available.
CheckLists are easily created on your desktop and then copied to a PocketPC, using Microsoft's ActiveSync technology. Full editing is also possible on the portable device, including drag-and-drop editing.
CheckLister XP stores the date and time that a checkbox is checked or unchecked. This can be useful in certain applications where it is desirable to keep track of when an item was completed. For example, by creating a CheckList with three Runner's names in it, during a race you can check off as each crosses the finish line.
Many other features such as sorting CheckLists, importing older CheckLists, a clipboard viewer, ability to embed CheckLists within Word or Excel documents, text inport/export capability, context sensitive help, etc.
