Fat Tracker for HanDBase - After having a stent put in my lower artery, I was put on a diet for being a smoker and having LDL of 201 (bad cholesterol). Your total is only supposed to be 199. Looking at applications already uploaded I wanted to make the data easily available to use with keeping track of my food intake. Hope this helps you as much as it does me. My guidelines are an intake of 40 fat grams, 1700 calories, 200 mg of cholesterol, and 2400 mg of sodium. It easy to do if you eat the right foods. Foods, which in the beginning you will hate but find ways to make things likeable. Keep track of Fat grams, Calories, Cholesterol and Sodium intake. Zip file contains Fat Tracker and Modified version of Fast Food Nutrition 1.1. Keep track by opening Fat Tracker, adding new file, select today's date, chose Item pull down. When Item pull down is chosen you will see all data, which is in fast food nutrition. You can then filter by restaurant etc. Scroll down and choose which file to use, Once the item is chosen the data will automatically be enter in Fat Tracker. Notice in fast food data the restaurant called home. This is data I have entered for home cooked meals using values from labels and measurements as instructed on the labels. Any of your home cooked items should be entered as I have. Be fair and enter the data correctly. After all, it is your health. Don't cheat yourself.
I kept a week of my daily intake in Fat Tracker. See how the data was entered. Filter on one day, and see the different types of reports for the data. Very Simple to use. Once you see how easy it is, Start keeping track! Get your Health Back! You owe it to yourself and to Your FAMILY. Good Luck. Thanks to the Gentleman who put Fast Food Nutirition 1.1 together. His data helped me create this application, and then get my life back on track. Just as a note, The information is only as accurate as the data given by the named restaurants by thier publications, web sites etc. Good Luck!
