Using criteria based upon first-hand experience and research based practices, ELL-Observe is a software program that resides on your Pocket PC or Windows desktop/laptop and is synchronized to your Pocket PC handheld computer. It was created using HanDBase, a nationally recognized PDA software development company with years of experience.
