SoundToday is a small utility for the Today screen that lets you regulate the Pocket PC's sound level. There are a number of ways to display it: a cursort, a bar or numerical values.
While it's certainly quicker to handle than the Task Bar icon, I'm not convinced that it's vital enough to lose space for on the often already well-filled Today screen.
