The notes application allows you to record, but until now there was no way to remove long pauses, boost the volume, and otherwise modify your notes.
PocketMixer works with almost every WAV file that can be recorded on your PocketPC (includes ADPCM and GSM support) and converts between them. PocketMixer can even load and save WAV, SND, VOC, AU and other formats.
1.3 is a Hi-Resolution/ 2003SE aware update. If you do not have a SE device, there is no need to update.
