Random Names - Random Names is a random name generator.
The database is hard coded and filled with anglo-saxon style names, this strongly limits this type of program, especially for non-English speakers. Maybe it would appeal to you if you are writing a novel set in New York, or even if you take part in roleplaying games with English friends.
