PictureDrawerer checks the PocketPC camera storage folder for JPEG images and when a new picture is detected the program allows you to create a colour JPEG drawing and FTP uploads the picture and drawing to the FTP server with an 'index.html' page that has the links to the picture and drawing. NOTE: The 'index.html' page is the first page opened when you give a direct HTTP folder URL.
