The whole point of a to-do list is prioritization, and 1-5 doesn't cut it. This applet lets you estimate cost (e.g., "How long will this take?") and benefit (e.g., "How much would I pay to have it done for me?"). The benefit/cost ratio gives a surprisingly accurate way to see what is *really* important on your to-do list.
