DtmfButtonser - DtmfButtonser is a DTMF dialer for Windows Mobile. The app lets you create contact buttons with cellular DTMF extension codes attached.
To each button you can assign a name, phone number and DTMF code. After pressing a button, the application will dial the phone number and then it will send the DTMF tones to the number.
