Those devices that have screen resolution of 240x320. Why handicapped? Because it has limitations: - No light sensor support (cannot unlock with light) - No accelerometer support (cannot unlock with gestures) So, handicapped version will only have the following unlocking mechanisms: - Slide - D-pad button - Stylus out - Application permissions - QWERTY unlock (if available) All the other features will work as designed and customer support will also be available.
