MusicSyncer allows you to select a folder with MP3/WMA files and then creates a folder for each band and a nested subfolder for each Mp3/WMA file and places a downloaded image from the Last.fm website into each nested folder. When you use WMP each Mp3/WMA file has a unique image of the artist. This service is provided by Last.fm
