Pocket Forecast is a weather application that supports multiple cities, multiple languages, and is customizable. Written in Basic4PPC. Uses the Yahoo weather API.

· implement ini.dtFmt to allow formatting of date
· modified metric units display
· fixed loadthemeini to first call setDefaulttheme (override values should be specified in theme.ini), tweak 'mm/yy/dd'
· added config for full screen, clear temperature (use notepad)
· add swipe up (config) swipe down (min)
· mouse move fix (for locations)
