Talker is a small Pocket PC application showing a sequence of pictures and playing a sound when someone presses on the touch-screen. It is intended for persons (kids) who cannot speak.

You can set up to 256 directories of sound files for each ring type, although you probably won't be needing so many directories. In each folder you can have as many sound files as you want.

ProgressRecorder ProgressRecorder is a high definition 44Khz mono voice recorder. It allows you to set a 'maximum time' to each recording. Select 'Record' from the toolbar and enter the name for the file to the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. NOTE: The program overrides the default WindowsCE wave format settings

VoiceNoterer VoiceNoterer - VoiceNoterer allows you to record named voice notes and attaches a note drawing/voices to them. Select 'New' from the toolbar to start the recording. When you tap the 'Stop ' button the recorder stops and the note application opens. When you close the note it is appended to the end of the wave file. Tap on the wave file to hear it and view the drawing note
VoicesFTP VoicesFTP - VoicesFTP allows you to publish voice recordings to a FTP server. After you stop the recorder the voice recording is sent to the FTP server and removed from your PocketPC. You can set the wave file prefix in the options.
