xImapPusher This very thin application adds IMAP idle push to Windows Mobile's built-in email client (Outlook/Messaging).
It is based on the source code of Imap Pusher Service (17762) V0.60, with the following improvements:
1) No longer quit;
2) Auto recovery from socket errors;
3) Auto re-connect;
4) No mail sync after a re-connection, good for battery life. Many service providers timeout the connection very shortly. For example, Verizon closes inactive sockets after 5 minutes. While xImapPusher can recovery from these 5-min timeouts, it is better not to raise a mail sync each and every 5 min.
5) Added a connection management service, XinConnManager. If data connection is disconnected, this service will know immediately and reconnect and restart the push service. This service is truly event driven, so there is no periodical polling, idle all the time.
Installation:
1) Copy ImapPusher.dll, ImapPusherService.exe and SSLLib.dll to any directory you like and run the exe file. The first time it'll ask for settings. Make sure the MailBoxName is the account name in Outlook (Messaging).
2) If you need to deal with disconnections, then you need to copy above files, plus the XinConnManager.dll under the xcm folder, to /windows. Then import the XinConnManager.reg into registry to install the service. Now run LoadXCM.exe and you'll have a solid IMAP idle push with minimum impact on battery life.
3) The configuration file is in the /Application Data/ImapPusher directory. You may edit this file or simply deleted it to make changes.
Note: The multiple version can push multiple IMAP accounts, based on the 061 source code made by camro. Tested to work with Gmail and Fastmail

EmailShorcuter EmailShorcuter allows you to create Email launcher shortcuts and manage them with the built in file manager. Select the folder where you want to store the link and select "New Email" from the toolbar to create a new Email link file. You can also send/receive links via Bluetooth
