Need for Speed Network for iPhone/iPad - Need for Speed Network is a mobile companion app that keeps you connected to Need for Speed Rivals for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS4 and Xbox One from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
The app makes it easy to see which of your friends are playing the game, follow them in real-time and compare your stats with theirs. In addition, when playing Need for Speed Rivals on your console or computer you can use your mobile device as a second screen where you can access the world map, view the location of your friends and choose the next event you want to compete in.
Need for Speed Network also grants you access to a new multiplayer mode called OverWatch. This mode allows you to join your friends' multiplayer games and help them by repairing their car or refueling it, or hinder them by deploying cop technology. Playing in OverWatch mode also offers you the chance to unlock new cars for use in Need for Speed Rivals.
What's New in This Release:
· We've fixed up some major performance issues, a handful of bugs and polished up the Need for Speed Network application to improve the user experience for our Need for Speed fans.
