Stay Fit Lite is a pedometer (step counter) and calories burned estimator. It will help you stay fit by keeping track of your activities. StayFit Lite was designed with a simple interface that gets you going right away. If all you want to do is count your steps, then just click start an go.
If you want more out of your StayFit Lite, then go to settings page and enter some important information. For example, you can provide your weight and age information so the StayFit Lite can calculate calories burned during workout. You can also give permission to "Prevent auto lock", which is needed to keep the pedometer running.
To avoid termination when the device screen is locked, StayFit Lite has a soft-lock feature. When you click on lock, the app logo is displayed and the screen is locked from any user interaction. The only way to unlock the screen is to use two fingers to simulate a zoom out action. Place 2 fingers on the screen surface close to each other, then flick them apart. This will unlock the screen and take you to the "start" page.
