Quickly set up a weight loss plan, track your progress, easily record your diet, and automatically track exercise -- anything from walking to yoga! Everything is automatic or as easy as possible, and all handled within a single application.
If you already use CardioTrainer, Noom will NOT erase your data, and you can transfer it using your permanent account. We are working on transferring your Calorific data. Make sure to turn off CardioTrainer and Calorific reminders so you don't see them twice with Noom.

A: Noom is a new program targeted for weight loss, and it brings some tools that you already know under one roof. It also integrates them tighter together. More soon!
Q: Should I uninstall CardioTrainer/Calorific/W eight Loss right now?
A: Don't do this yet, please. Noom is still an experimental program, so please keep your other programs as backup. However, Noom does *not* share data with the other programs, so please make sure you use Noom for logging new meals, weights or exercises.
Q: Why does Noom want access to my contacts and my Google account?
A: This is only for the purposes of connecting you with friends who also use Noom to track their activity. This information is not stored anywhere, nor will it ever be used for any other purpose. Your Google account is used only to create a permanent account to record your data.
