I basically use this utility to check emails from multiple email accounts from my Windows Mobile device using the WiFi network.
Installation:
Install the cab file located here to your Windows Mobile device
EmailAddress EmailAddress - This program can be used when a person asks you for your email address. Enter the person's email address and the program will mail them yours and you will have theirs.
This program requires that you have both the 'BeanDLL.dll' file ** and ** the runtime files for Visual Basic on your PocketPC computer
WorkerAlerter WorkerAlerter - This program can be used to store the names and emails of people that want to work for your company. For each position make a new file. You can send an alert to all on the list via the toolbar when there is an opening.

EmailEncoderer EmailEncoderer - This program program allows you to enter an email address and a code value number and creates an encrypted code. To decode the email enter the code into the box at the bottom with the code key to find out the email address.

FileFTPerer FileFTPerer - FileFTPerer can be used to send large files to a person via FTP and email link. The program sends the file to the FTP server. Once the file is on the server then the person gets the FTP download link via email. NOTE: The FTP link includes FTP server username and password.

ContactingEmailFile ContactingEmailFile lets you quickly send files to an OutLook contact via email. Select the contact and then browse the folders of your mobile device to find the file. When you tap on the file, the app creates an email and sends it. If you are offline, then the program places the email in your Pocket Outlook outbox

SendReceiveAll SendReceiveAll In the default Windows Mobile client, if you have multiple email accounts and they are set to manual download, while checking mail you need to go to each account and click send and receive. This is a bit tedious.
SendReceiveAll is a small, no-GUI application which can help. It calls send and receive for all outlook email accounts
