PocketTimer- s a timer can run on Pocket PC/SmartPhone(with touch screen). It does the count down as regular timer does. It can also continue to count after the time's up. There is an alarm sound when time's up. You can also choose to warn youself on every minute.

Version 1.2 update:
Fixed the issue with timer stops running when device is in standby mode. Now it counts even when the screen is turned off. However, the warning on the minute will not sound when the device is in standby mode
Added 4 lap timers with accuracy to 0.01 second. But to be aware, they will stop if you turn off the device.
