OPL Manager has been under constant but quiet development by danielb. With this piece of Windows software, you can boot, organize, and provide art for PS2 backups that boot with OPL. Aside from adding full connection to a personal art database, this substantial update provides a CFG Editor, Virtual Memory Card creator, and even takes gameplay screenshots. Suffice to say, this is becoming a very complete tool that all remaining PS2 hackers must check out.

Notes:
When it ask to select OPL folder is the folder where you have ART DVD CD THM.
You should run this exe in a new folder, when ran from the first time it extracts some files.
