The code is written using the free pspdev toolchain. To play Ballion you need to copy it to a memory stick pro duo. A custom firmware 3.xx is required (I believe 4.xx would also work).
PSP Pad Control
Up and down buttons - Menu control
Left and right buttons - Ball movement
CROSS button - Menu selection
START button - Enter menu
