SMS messages from your Voice Mail system notify you only when someone has actually left a voice mail message. Even then, these messages are dependant on network CLID (Caller ID) which is unavailable for a large number of calls (private / blocked numbers, international calls). CallMe VME identifies the calling number for 100% of calls and even if the number isn't in your contact list you can identify the caller by their signature.
