Birthdays! - Wouldn’t it be nice to have a friend that reminds us when the dates we care about are coming up? Sparing us the embarrassment of disappointing our friends? Now your phone can do that! And it’s incredibly easy.
Here’s what Birthdays! can do for you:
· Automatically remind you of the important dates you have saved in your phone’s contacts and those of your Facebook friends. Open the App and it’ll take care of everything.
· Help you with gifts and parties. Whenever you get the perfect gift idea or need to remember something about a party, just write a quick Note in Birthdays!. When the time comes, the App will remind you of your Note!
· Let you easily say “Happy birthday” – when the time is right. You can call, text, e-mail or even write on your friend’s Facebook wall without leaving the App, but only on the actual birthday. No more mistakes!
· Do all of this with Local Notifications (new in iOS 4): they work offline and even if the application is closed or if you restart your device. It always works.
· Birthday notifications, even in airplane mode
· You receive alerts whether the App is open, in the background, or closed
