Smart Call Control Pro - will allow you to block any unwanted, unknown/private calls. The application will reject the incoming calls from that blocked number of the application. You can block any number individually within a group. To add entry in blocked list, you will have several options. You can block any number choosing from address book, call log or adding it manually. If you go Address book or call list history, while the selector will be in that contact, click on Blackberry menu, you will find an option called, "Add it”. Click there to add, set group pressing alt key and save; now the number is blocked in that group. In home screen menu, if you click on setting tab, you will be able to customize the setting, to whom you want to block; also you can enable the timer mode, once the timer mode is on, so the corresponding call will be blocked within that specified time. In application home screen, the group and corresponding contact list is displayed. Clicking on any contact you can directly block and unblock the number, the respective status will be either checked or unchecked. Unchecked means the number is unblocked
There is Call setting available, where you can customize the setting of rejecting calls. If any number is blocked, you can customize what you exactly like to respond the caller. You can customize the setting for following:
- Send busy ringtone only.
- Send busy ringtone and send customize or predefined SMS.
- Disconnect only.
Smart Call Control pro will allow you by disconnecting number or you can add any message that will be delivered to that rejected number as SMS automatically. If you wish to send message while rejecting calls automatically, you need to go "call setting”, select any option you want and then save. So set any message click on blackberry menu on home screen, you will find an option called, "Set message” where you can select any message and then assign group. So for that particular group that SMS will be delivered, so you will have option to customize the message for different groups. By clicking "Edit message”, you can write your own message too and update.
Clicking on "Block History”, you can see the blocked list, number and time of call.
Clicking on "Support”, you can directly ask for any sort of support you may need, you need not to go the portal and want the corresponding support.
If you have liked the app, you can share it with your friends as well clicking on "Tell a friend.
To keep running the application in background, you should not shut down the application; just need to close. You can use your blackberry back key to get out from that application. Shut down means, the application won't be running any more in background and it won't allow rejecting the blocked list.
***SET PERMISSION: (For OS version 4.6 and later version. Upto OS version 4.5 no need to set permission)
After successful installation, you will have to set permissions. The window will show, "CallControl is requesting you to its application permission ”. Once you click for VIEW, Set of Permission will be shown, where you have to allow the "Keystroke Injection” and from menu you have to save that.
