MyFormsGenie V3.0 is a versatile, adaptable, completely customizable and easy to use data collection tool for Blackberry. FormsGenie? converts any paper form into an electronic form. Release 3.0 supports picture capture, GPS Geo-code, Auto Import new templates, Auto Export collected data, BES Push with Policy Setting, and PDF Reporting. FormsGenie also has a built-in template designer, or users can also access our online template design portal at http://myformsgenie.convergewireless.com . Users can download sample forms, surveys, or counting templates from our web site (seven samples to choose from) and then upload them to our online template design portal. Users are able to get a quick start on adapting the types of forms they need. FormsGenie allows you to design and develop your own application based on your needs and requirements instead of having to adapt to the technology. Data that is collected is sent as an email in XML, MS Excel, CSV or PDF format. The application is device dependant, and not network dependant. A summary of the four different types of templates are: Survey template - This template type allows you to design a data-entry survey by defining multiple fields and assigning labels to be displayed for the user. All fields are numbered automatically and these numbers are used as column names/headers for any exported data. Form template - This template type allows you to take any paper form and turn it into an electronic data entry form. You define multiple fields and assign labels to each field to be displayed for the user. These labels are used as column names/headers for any exported data. Counting template - This is a very specific template type meant for tasks such as taking inventory, performing statistical counts, or performing visitor counts as an example. You are also able to attach GPS location data to each template. As with form templates, the label of each field is used as a column name/header for any exported data. Photo template - This template type allows you to design any type data-entry form, similar to the form template, but attach a photo field for the user to take a picture and attach it to the form. ConvergeWireless will be introducing FormsGeniePro, a NEW Mobile Geographic Content Management System where corporate clients are able to consolidate data collected in the field, access extensive reporting, providing real time access to field data. Integration with ERP & CRM is available.
