The Card Rulings Summary is a FREE lexicon for BDicty. It is the most up-to-date compilation of rules and rulings on the game (Magic: The Gathering)! Rulings are collected from many sources.
This release is under rules used by SIXTH EDITION and SEVENTH EDITION of the game. Both of these editions use the same rules.
