The equations is in the format of: (Ai) * x + (Bi) * y + (Ci) * z = D, where i = 1,2,3
Example to illustrate the equations and its usage/results
x + y – z = 4
x - 2y + 3z = -6
2x + 3y + z = 7
A1=1 A2=1 A3=2
B1=1 B2=-2 B3=3
C1=-1 C2=3 C3=1
D1=4 D2=-6 D3=7
The solution is:
x=1 y=2 z=-1
Verified against equations
verified with substitution of x,y and z:
x + y – z = 4 verified: 1 + 2 -(-1) = 4
x - 2y + 3z = -6 verified: 1 - 2*2 + 3*(-1) = -6
2x + 3y + z = 7 verified: 2*1 + 3*2 -1 = 7
Determinant is -13. Not if the determinant is 0 (zero), which means the equations are linearly dependent, no solution is found.
