Wi-Fi File Share - The Wi-Fi File Share allow you access your BlackBerry handset from Windows PC via Wi-Fi connection. Different from FTP or HTTP, this software implemented a subset of SMB protocol that is used by Windows shared folder mechanism so you needn't use a FTP client or browser. After run the software and start the service, it will prompt the shared path that are available on your BlackBerry. Input the path into Windows's Run dialog and confirm, you can open your BlackBerry as a network folder and operate your files in BlackBerry. You can set the user and password or allow anonymous access also. The default user and password is 'ecsworks'. SMB protocol is more convenient than using FTP or HTTP because you can not only copy or transfer files between BlackBerry and PC but also operate the files in BlackBerry directly, that means you needn't save them to your PC firstly. By the limit of Wi-Fi connection speed and SMB protocol, it isn't as fast as use a USB cable when operate big files. But it will be useful when you havn't a USB cable at hand or just want to access some little files.
