To use this application you need to identify yourself (“the registration process” – Registro a Banca Movil) with your national ID type (Tipo de documento) and you national ID number (numero de documento). To confirm your identity (as the national ID is not a secret number) you will be asked to provide the PIN (“clave”) of your credit or debit card from AV Villas bank. These steps are needed in order to associate your bank accounts to your application and they are mandatory for your protection. Be assured, the functionality you will be accessing is the same for all the users, it is only your information that changes. After the identification you will be asked to choose a Mobile Banking PIN (“Clave banca movil”), this PIN will be requested everytime you make a transaction to further secure the operation.
