ReadyWords is an add on for your BlackBerry that presents itself as an extra menu item in most applications. ReadyWords will allow you to insert pre-defined phrases into most text fields.
For example, choose ReadyWords while composing a message and you will be presented with a scrollable list of phrases to choose from. Select the appropriate phrase, and the words will be inserted into your email for you. No more typing commonly used phrases!
ReadyWords is great for a quick reply to your friends, family, or co-workers. It's faster than SureType and easier than typing. For example, with just a couple of clicks you can let your partner know that you received his message and you will get back to him as soon as possible. You can even append several phrases together to create more meaningful messages.
You might even let your boss in on the secret! ;-)

ReadyWords now contains a built-in editor that allows you to create custom categories and phrases. You can edit any of the built-in phrases or create your own. You can rename or delete entire phrases or categories if you like.
ReadyWords also supports Backup and Restore via the BlackBerry Desktop Software. This allows you to recover your custom phrases should you uninstall the app or find it necessary to reinstall your BlackBerry OS. It will also allow you to transfer your phrases to a new BlackBerry.

We made the phrases in ReadyWords as conversational as possible to make it appear as if you actually typed the words yourself.
ReadyWords comes with eight default categories to make it easier to find just the right phrase for your situation.
If you don't like the default categories you can rename or delete them as you see fit. You can always restore the default catgories at a later time if you change your mind.
ReadyWords might just be the solution to your email task.
