Follow Me is very simple yet effective app, it basically saves all your routs, then it allows you to open any rout at any time via Bing Map. Follow Me has a very nice user interface which includes a large rotating compass with other information like speed, altitude, latitude, longitude ... please enjoy then rate the app.
