ICE is designed to be a great help in case of emergency. The first helper is able to see who to call and which person he deals with in only a few clicks.
You can add ICE to your lockscreen with the app "WidgetLocker". There will be no own lockscreen implementation because of many different Android devices and versions.
ICE can translate your information to many different languages.

If you experience any bugs like disappearing contacts or information you can backup your data via the settings menu and send me the ICE folder from your sdcard. Then I can check what causes this error as I can't reproduce it.
