Contacts Anywhere allows users to send GoldMine contact information including notes, history records, pending activities and detail records to their PocketPC PDA.
Contacts Anywhere utilizes user defined thresholds to determine how many history, pending and detail records per contact to transfer to the user's PocketPC device.
Where other applications only transfer contact info like phone and address information, Contacts Anywhere syncs important history, pending and detail records.
Building on the power of Microsoft's ActiveSync, Contacts Anywhere extracts important data from your existing GoldMine installation. This database is then synchronized to the Pocket PC to display records in a fashion similar to the GoldMine interface. Once ActiveSync is setup on the PocketPC device and the database is installed on the host PC, Contacts Anywhere is ready for use.
Contacts Anywhere has a similar look an feel to the GoldMine interface that the user is familiar with. So easy to use there is no learning curve.
