Through an intuitive interface, Business Anywhere allows mobile workers, contractors and trades people to record and bill for each and every visit or project. It can be configured to suit your billing model and will tell you how much you need to charge, based on criteria such as visit time, hourly rate, travel charges, parts/materials charges, minimum billable units, etc. Invoices can be raised for single visits, or projects (groups of visits).
More than just a call diary, Business Anywhere allows you to send clean and elegant invoices, job time sheets and part sheets to your clients (Treo users can even send them whilst out in the field).
