Caller Info - This application shows additional information about incomming call. To get some data you need to install some data source plugins. There are plugins which provide data about callers country or some info from your CRM data base.
You can install multiple plugins. Application will try to find most detailed information source. E. g. it can display callers country at first, however if there is available info about caller in your CRM the data from it will be displayed.
