CamViewer - The application was designed for very wide range of mobile phone users. Previewing web camera pictures may be source of both fun and knowledge about the world. There are thousands of public webcams available on the Internet and the number of them still increases. Cameras are installed all over the world in many interesting places like: main streets and squares of big cities, mountains, national parks etc. Downloading weather maps or city traffic pictures may be very useful for drivers. Users may also use the program for security reasons previewing images from their own cameras installed at home. They can supervise their children left at home alone in the evening or monitor their houses during vacations.
· Predefined public cameras. There are over 40 predefined webcams already configured for each CamViewer user. An additional set of webcams can be downloaded from the server.
· User defined cameras. Custom cameras may be defined by the user at will using Add new option. It allows previewing any webcam available on the internet as well as user's own cameras.
· Support for basic HTTP authentication. Program allows to specify login and password to access private, user defined resources.
· Favourites option. Most frequently previewed webcams may be added to the favourites list. It can be done by using Add to favourites command associated with left soft key while viewing an image from the selected camera or directly from the 'Add new' screen. This option allows quick access to any previously added camera.
· Application may cooperate with both the default server provided by MATRIX.PL or custom one installed by the user (server application is sold separately).
· User defined cameras, favourites list and program configuration are automatically saved on a phone on program exit.
