Font On Storage Font On Storage is a very simple program that is filling one of the gaps of the OS but sadly, there is no user manual and nothing on the author's website which is entirely in Japanese.
You must know that it is possible to install extra fonts in addition to the ones included originally. You just need to copy them to either the directory /Windows/Fonts/ or /Windows/
PocketConsole PocketConsole - Why should you need a text based console on the Pocket PC?
One point is porting software from other platforms to the Pocket PC. There are still lots of stdio-based programs out there, especially on the Unix platforms

Today Item Disabler Today Item Disabler - The application opens the protected registry keys that control what items appear on the today screen and sets them all to enable = 0. I purposefully wrote this app with no interface so that you can use it in your provisioning to disable all items on your Today screen no matter what items are currently enabled.

VJTrayLaunch VJTrayLaunch - This program is used to launch any application from the Today Tray.
VJTrayLaunch is only for launching a small number of apps. Don't use it for 15 etc (due to the 32 task limit on WM).

XCPUScalar 2007 XCPUScalar allows you to dynamically scale the processor speed of your handheld Pocket PC 2002, 2003, WM2003 SE, and Windows Mobile 5. It uses the power of the XSCALE or TI OMAP (OMAP850 and OMAP1510) processor and unlocks its dynamic scaling capabilities. You can scale the processor speed from 100 to 728MHz
nueClockControl nueClockControl - nueClockControl allows you to change the clock speed of your Qualcomm MSM7XXX(A) based mobile device.
Although overclocking is not possible yet, you can set the frequency of the ARM11 core to the preset ranges between 19.20 MHz and 528.00 MHz for MSM7x01A (384.00 MHz for MSM7x00). Note that Device Information always displays 528.00 MHz or 400
