JobSearch for HanDBase - Use this handy database to help manage your job search effort. It contains 3 main databases, 2 log (tracking) databases, and 1 lookup database. MAIN DATABASES: The first main database (Job Company/Agency) is used to help you manage your list of companies and agencies involved in your job search. The second main database (Job Contacts) is used to manage specific contacts who are involved in your job search. This database can include contact information for recruiters, account managers, or other people involved in your job search. This database contains a child database (Job Contact Log) for managing communications with the individuals listed in the main database. It also provides a link to the third main database (Job Leads). The third main database (Job Leads) is used to help you manage specific opportunities resulting from your contacts. This database helps you keep track of what the opportunity is, where it is located, the agency/recruiter involved, the source of the lead, the start/end dates (project-based work), rate information, and other data. In addition to these main databases, there is also a lookup database that is used for state information in various popups used throughout.
