Invoice for Pocket Excel -A small Pocket Excel spreadsheet to invoice your customers while on the go.
Just open this spreadsheet template on your mobile device and fill in the Qty, Description, and Unit Price for each invoice line item. Excel will calculate the Total for the sale.
After downloading to your desktop pc, open this spreadsheet template and edit your company name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone, and your sales tax rate from your desktop computer. Save it as a template. Next copy the edited template to your mobile device to the My DocumentsTemplates folder.
Any time you open Pocket Excel on your mobile device, select Sales Invoice. Fill in all the information for your sale, then save the new invoice as an 'Excel 97/2000 Workbook' in your sales folder (or any other folder) on your device. When you get back to your office, copy the saved invoice back to your desktop pc and from there you can edit, print, email, or snail mail the completed invoice to your customer.
