ScreenToggle - ScreenToggle is a tiny utility that simply toggles your PocketPC display on and off. Nothing more, nothing less. It has no other purpose. It has no UI whatsoever either, for obvious reasons.

Tested on HTC Kaiser, but it can work on other devices. The only problem is that different devices have different button IDs
