It can be triggered by an Infrared beam, a Magnetic switch, a manual switch or by touching the screen.
It has been written with PocketC and the source code is available (open source) for your own modifications.

AeroTimer AeroTimer - Yet another timer?
Not quite.
This one, aimed towards pilots, replicates some timers found on ADF receivers. One tap anywhere on the screen is all that is needed to reset and restart the timer.
Four independant timers are available and can be linked to the 4 hardware buttons. Now you can keep track of your engine time, flight time, time on fuel tank, etc
