Geo-Matic Complete pulls together into a single application all of the available modular applications in the Geo-Matic For The Palm lineup. No other app allows the quick and easy calculation of so many geometric objects in so many different ways!
Circles: Radius, Diameter, Area, Circumference - enter any one, Geo-Matic calculates the other three.
Circular Sectors: Radius/Diameter, Central Angle, Chord, Area, Arc Length - enter any of 10 combinations of two values, Geo-Matic calculates the other three.
Circular Segments: Radius/Diameter, Central Angle, Chord, Area, Arc Length, Segment Height - enter any of 15 combinations of two values, Geo-Matic calculates the other four.
Rings: Inside Radius/Diameter, Outside Radius/Diameter, Wall Thickness, Area - enter any of 6 combinations of two values, Geo-Matic calculates the other two.
Ring Sectors: Inside Radius/Diameter, Outside Radius/Diameter, Central Angle, Inside Chord, Outside Chord, Wall Thickness, Area - enter any of 28 combinations of three values, Geo-Matic calculates the other five.
Polygons: Number of Sides, Length of Sides, Interior Angles, Central Angles, Perimeter, Area, Inscribed and Circumscribed Circles - enter any of 15 combinations of two values, Geo-Matic calculates the other six.
Triangles - Enter any of 19 combinations of three sides and angles and Geo-Matic calculates the other three sides and angles as well as 15 more secondary features such as Inscribed Circle, Circumscribed Circle, Perimeter, Medians, Bisectors, Altitudes, and Area.
Bolt Circles: Calculates the coordinates for both simple and complex bolt circles.
Chamfers: Calculate five features of a simple chamfer of any angle - Enter any of 10 combinations of two sides and angles and Geo-Matic calculates the other three.
Fillets: Radius/Diameter, Length of Sides, Chord, and Area - enter any one value and Geo-Matic calculates the other three for a simple 90 degree fillet.
Rectangles: Length, Width, Diagonal, Area, and Perimeter - enter any of 10 combinations of two values and Geo-Matic calculates the other three.
Parallelograms: Base length, vertical height, offset, side angle, long and short diagonals - enter any of 20 combinations (we're working on more!) of three values and Geo-Matic calculates the remaining five.
Enter and display angles in Decimal Degrees, Degrees-Minutes-Seconds-Decimal Seconds, Radians or Gradians and quickly convert between. Copy to Memopad feature permits an easy way to save the results of a calculation for later use or for printing from the Palm desktop. Print using PalmPrint feature allows printing directly to a supported IR-enabled printer (search for "PalmPrint" for details).
Preferences are adjustable to specify number of decimal places for display of angular and linear values (0-8), default entry mode for angles (Deg/DMS/Rad/Grad), as well as the inital screen to display upon startup. A fully user-configurable "Chooser" screen lets you keep 16 of your preferred objects just one tap away (the 5-day demo does not save preferences between sessions).
Geo-Matic Complete is not "just another calculator for geometric objects", but a complete lineup of modular tools with a consistent, easy to use interface.
