RsrcEdit Plug is a Launch 'EM plugin that allows you to drag-and-drop a file from Launch 'EM and have it opened with Individeo's RsrcEdit.

It's only useful if you're a frequent user of both of these programs (as I am). Otherwise, it's totally useless.

Note that there is no readme or other documentation for this product. Just install like any other Launch 'EM plugin and them drag and drop a file onto it. There is a small blurb in the gadget info string for those that really can't live without a readme.

Source code (Metrowerks Codewarrior on the Mac) is available (under the GPL). Note that since this is such a simple program (and I really just whipped it up for myself), it's not super-well documented. See the Launch 'EM documents for more info on Launch 'EM plugins.

Similar Software:

JogEverythingJogEverything
JogEverything adds to Jog Dial support to many applications that were not written for Jog Dial. It allows you to scroll up and down in DOC readers, AvantGo, Action Names and more. It should not interfere with any applications that support Jog Dial
MiniWikiMiniWiki
MiniWiki is a hack that enables users to use the memo database as hypertext data. In any text field, when a user taps a string surrounded by a pair of ''tags'' (e.g., "[" and "]"), the memo application is launched, and a memo page with the enclosed string as its title is displayed
STOIC (STay On In Cradle)STOIC (STay On In Cradle)
STOIC (STay On In Cradle) is used to force your PDA to stay on when charging via the cradle or cable. This solves issues with handhelds that don't have a "stay on" option or for situations where the stay on option isn't working properly. Works on most old and new palm models (OS 2.0 and above)
CradLit HackCradLit Hack
CradLit Hack - This is a very simple hack. It just turns on the backlight when the device is placed in the cradle, and off when the device is removed. After placing it in or out of the cradle, the backlight will behave normally. It may be fooled by modems and other serial devices that attach where the cradle attaches
ScrollBar5ScrollBar5
ScrollBar5 slows down the rapid PalmOS 5.x scroll bars to a more usable rate. ScrollBar5 is a 68k app but is only supported on PalmOS 5.x. The speed of the scroll bars are configurable but the default values should give the best results for most users. ScrollBar5 is not needed on the Treo 600 or any device using PalmOS 5.4 or greater
SwitchBeamSwitchBeam
SwitchBeam extends the functionality of the Beam menu item on Palm OS applications. In some ways this simulates the Send menu item first made available in Palm OS 4.0. It accomplishes this as a system extension (sometimes called a "system hack"). This is valuable because: Some smartphone users, such as the Kyocera 6035, can not upgrade to Palm OS 4
WindowsPEWindowsPE
WindowsPE for Palm Powered Handhelds
TreoButtonTreoButton
TreoButton - Runs on HandSpring's treo only!!! You can change the behavior when Lid is open or Jog rocker is pushed while treo is powered off. Also you can change the application when application launch button is pushed with option buttun
v3bHackv3bHack
V3bHack enables old SONY Clies (it means that its OS version is less than 4.1.) to show version 3 Hi density bitmaps on its HiRes LCDs
Sleep for Palm OSSleep for Palm OS
Sleep for Palm OS is designed to convert one of your hardware buttons into a fully functioning power button. This is useful for replacing a power button that has worn out. Sleep can also be used to move the power button to the front of the pda for convenience. Sleep is fully supported on OS version 3.0 devices and up. It is also fully OS 5 compatible

Clie ScreenLock FixClie ScreenLock Fix
Clie ScreenLock Fix is a patch that makes WinScreenLock() work on certain very old Sony Clies by fixing one of Sony's bugs. This fix allows FlipHack to work properly on those devices. Note that if you bought anything other than the earliest Clies, this probably won't help you. For more details, see the README. Clie ScreenLockFix is released under the GPL
CardKeeperCardKeeper
CardKeeper is a small application for PalmOS devices that have removable memory cards. CardKeeper helps keep you from losing your memory card by periodically reminding you if the card is ever ejected. For more details about CardKeeper, see the readme file. Source code is available for CardKeeper. It is available in "
GreenLightHackGreenLightHack
GreenLightHack is a HackMaster hack that reverses the polarity of the screen when the backlight is turned on (all white pixels become black and all black pixels become white). This has the effect of making the backlight on the old Palm models (Palm III and below) look like the new ones, and the backlight on the new ones (Palm IIIx and above) look like the old ones
Alarm Repeater HackAlarm Repeater Hack
Alarm Repeater Hack is a HackMaster hack for PalmOS version 1.0 and version 2.0 that lets you repeat your alarm sound a given number of times. This is useful because the PalmPilot speaker tends to be on the quiet side. If you keep your device in your pocket, you may not even hear the alarm. By making the alarm repeat longer, there's a better chance that you'll hear it
MinibridgeMinibridge
Minibridge is an implementation of the card game "Bridge" for the PalmPilot, written in conjunction with David Park. It is compatible with some older versions of PalmOS. Bridge is a fairly well-known, though complex, card game. The game itself will not be described here
FlipHackFlipHack
FlipHack is a HackMaster hack for PalmOS that lets you rotate your screen 90, 180, and 270 degrees (and continue using your device). There is some slowdown, but it is usable. Released under GPL. Source code is available from my web site. Hoshi Takanori has released a DA to activate FlipHack from any application (using a DA launcher). It's called FlipDA
