Palm Keyboard Emulator is a simple program for a Windows PC to interface with the Palm via the cradle.
While the program has focus, all keystrokes are sent to the Palm as if the Palm Keyboard was connected.
Steps to use the program:
1. You must download and install the Palm Keyboard Driver on your Palm.
2. Make sure your Hot Sync software is not running.
3. Launch the App, select Com port, and press the Connect button.
4. Press Hot Sync button on the cradle.

Initial delay: Initial delay in milliseconds (value of 50 is half of a second) for a auto-repeat event. This is the first delay, and only happends when your first press and hold the key.
Auto-repeat rate: Auto-repeat rate specified as period in milliseconds
