Try Pennovate's Aggregate Scheduling, an effective method that reduces the clutter of time management! - Divide your daily responsibilities into time events or "time-specific actions" and non-time events or "day-specific actions". Then use the clock and tasks counters to manage these "appointments" and "tasks" throughout the day, throughout the month. Increment the appropriate counter when you write in an event and decrement the appropriate counter when you've completed and have crossed off the event. Naturally, missed "appointments" will expire and should be rescheduled when appropriate. However, unfinished "tasks" can be left alone until you've actually completed them and only be rescheduled and/or consolidated for the ease of monitoring, for instance at the beginning of every month.
