Power DA is a Desk Accessory (DA) launcher for Palm OS5 (sorry, OS4 and below are not supported). DA's are little applications that you launch while you're in another application. For example, you might be writing something in Memo Pad and have to make a quick calculation -- no problem, just launch a calculator DA while you're still in Memo Pad (it won't make you exit!).
Power DA gives you a few options for how to open the list of DA's installed on your Palm. You can use any button on the device to open Power DA. There are also other configuration options you can set. Hence its name, Power DA is the most powerful Desk Accessory launcher for OS5.
Power DA won't take over the original functionality of the button you choose to use to open the list of DA's. If you press the designated button a second time, it will launch whatever application it was set to open previously. Or you can just use the shortcut toolbar to launch Power DA.
This is great especially for Tungsten|T users, since there is no need to slide open the device to access the graffiti area -- a hard button can be ued to launch DA's instead (without taking over its original functionality).
